Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision

There is a compelling evidence that male circumcision reduces the risk of heterosexually acquired HIV infection in men by approximately 60%. Circumcision also protects against other sexually transmitted infections, such as syphilis and gonorrhea. Right to Care provides Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (CMMC) at the Themba Lethu Clinic, Helen Joseph Hospital in Westdene. Fore more information and details contact Masike Morelle, Medical Male Circumcision Co-ordinator, 082 883 0409, e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
