Nonhlanhla Nyewula has joined the non-profit organization RIGHT TO CARE as group finance director. Right to Care has an annual budget of R1,5 billion and 2300 staff members. The organization supports and delivers prevention, care, and treatment services for HIV and TB in South Africa and 17 countries across Africa, South East Asia, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean.

Professor Ian Sanne, CEO of Right to Care, says, “Nonhlanhla will lead the finance teams across all grants and subsidiary companies and brings a wealth of financial experience as an accomplished CFO with considerable business acumen and significant experience in diverse sectors, including start-ups and mature organizations. She will be a full member of the board of directors and an executive director of the group.

Nonhlanhla served her articles and qualified as a CA at Deloitte. She has held CFO positions at Kalagadi Manganese and Mhlathuze Water Board.  She has also worked for IBM – Business Controls and Unilever South Africa – Research and Development.
