Right to Care is working toward the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets, which call for 95% of people living with HIV to know their status, 95% of those diagnosed to be on antiretroviral treatment, and 95% of those on treatment to achieve viral suppression. Our integrated approach—combining community-based testing, rapid treatment initiation, adherence support, and viral load monitoring—is designed to close the gaps at each stage of the care cascade.
Our work is not just implemented—it is studied, published, and shared. Through our partnership with HE²RO at Wits University and the broader research ecosystem around the Clinical HIV Research Unit, Right to Care has contributed to more than 100 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals. Our research has informed WHO guidelines, national treatment protocols, and global health policy.
