Right ePharmacy
Established in 2015 as a subsidiary of Right to Care, Right ePharmacy is the centre of excellence for pharmaceutical innovation, spearheading disruptive technology and differentiated models of pharmaceutical care in South Africa.
ATM Pharmacies (PDUs)
ATM-like robotic dispensing units that deliver pre-packaged chronic medication in under three minutes. First launched in Alexandra, Johannesburg in 2018, with telepharmacy video links for patient counselling. Winner of the Global Health Award in Berlin.
Collect & Go Smart Lockers
Locally manufactured, secure electronic lockers that store chronic medication for patient collection via SMS notification. Deployed at 70+ sites. Supports the Department of Health’s Central Chronic Medication Dispensing and Distribution (CCMDD) programme. Serves patients with diabetes, hypertension, HIV/AIDS, asthma, and other chronic conditions.
Right Clinic
Established in 2018 as a Right to Care company, Right Clinic is re-engineering primary healthcare in South Africa. Its mission is to build a nationwide network of affordable, high-quality clinics that support the National Health Insurance (NHI) system. The first clinic launched in Cosmo City, Johannesburg, bringing essential services closer to densely populated communities.
Right SI

Right SI has enhanced near-real-time reporting and empowered Right to Care’s technical specialists with the data infrastructure needed for evidence-based programme management. Key capabilities include situation rooms for routine performance monitoring and rapid intervention, GIS mapping for disease surveillance and healthcare facility mapping, integration with QODE Health Solutions’ Knowledge Centres, and AI-powered programme evaluation.
QODE Health Solutions
Established in 2017 through a partnership between Right to Care and the Foundation for Professional Development, QODE is a digital health technology company that develops data platforms supporting clinical management of HIV/AIDS and TB patients. QODE’s Knowledge Centres integrate clinical data with programme management systems, enabling healthcare providers to make faster, better-informed decisions.
Right to Care Health Services
A wholly owned subsidiary offering comprehensive integrated wellness programmes to corporate clients. Services include health and wellness screening, health risk assessments, chronic disease management, psychological/ legal/financial counselling, primary and occupational healthcare, executive wellbeing, and absenteeism management. This division generates private-sector revenue that supports Right to Care’s broader public health mission.
